BEC Refund Policy

For students who wish a refund prior to joining BEC Canada, the student must send their original Acceptance Letter and a written proof of rejection of visa from the Canadian Embassy. In such cases, BEC Canada will retain (keep) $200.00 administration fee and refund the balance to the student by wire transfer to student’s bank account.

Students who have been admitted to BECC and who have received a Study Permit because of BECC’s Acceptance letter are expected to register in the program to which they were admitted and complete the course for which they have paid tuition for.  If students choose to withdraw at this point, BECC will retain $1000.00 and the balance will be wire transferred to student’s bank account in the native country.

Student gives up his/her student status in Canada and wants to return to his/her native country – BECC would like to see the proof of  return such as one way  airline  ticket to his/her native country with a confirmed travel date. Refund will be sent to the address of the student in native country. BECC will keep $200.00 and refund the balance.

For students that enroll with BEC Canada with the help of Agents, BEC Canada will retain (keep) $150.00 administration fee + the full commission paid to the Agent.

BEC Canada will extend students’ exiting student visa upon receipt of:

  • 12 weeks tuition payment for a 24 week extension, or
  • 16 weeks tuition payment for 32 weeks extension, or
  • 24 weeks tuition payment for 48 weeks extension.

Students who want to withdraw from the program during 1 st week BECC would like to have written notice, BECC  will keep $250.00 1st week tution and registration,and refund the balance: after the first week no refund will be issued.
